Mike Kirkpatrick
In his
forty-year career in telecommunications and education, Mike has had
the good fortune to be associated and work with a number of smart,
talented, tough beautiful women. He’s drawn from these associations to
create Susan Solari, who’s featured in his new mystery novel
After Shocks.
 Mike
grew up in
Dallas and used the city as the
backdrop for After Shocks, painting a portrait of the city only a
native Dallasite could.
In addition to his career in telecommunications and education, Mike
and his wife Leah owned and operated a high-end stationery store in
Dallas’ most excusive mall. Throw in his experience as a Permanent
Deacon in the Catholic Church and you can see Mike has lived quite an
interesting and meaningful life. He ardently hopes it continues for
quite a while so he can write more stories about Susan Solari.
